Prerequisites:

Valid email address for account creation

Government-issued identity document (passport, national ID, or driver's license)

Ability to complete KYC/AML verification through our identity provider (Sumsub)

Access to USDC (Ethereum network) or ability to on-ramp fiat via Transak

Jurisdictional eligibility: Investor eligibility varies by jurisdiction. Restricted jurisdictions are listed in Section 10.2.4. All investors must pass KYC/AML verification before accessing vault investment features.
