A: No. Minestarters provides an embedded wallet automatically when you create an account via email or SSO. Alternatively, you can connect your own external wallet.

Q: How long does KYC verification take?

A: Typically 2–5 minutes. Some cases may require manual review (24–48 hours).

Q: Which documents are accepted for KYC?

A: Passport, national ID card, driver's license, or residence permit — options vary by country.

Q: What does the ⚠️ icon next to my wallet address mean?

A: Your KYC verification is pending. Complete verification to unlock investment features.

Investments

Q: What is the minimum investment amount?

A: Minimum amounts vary by vault. Check the specific vault page for details.

Q: What is the 1% fee shown at deposit?

A: This is the platform fee applied to all vault subscriptions.

Q: Can I invest in multiple vaults?

A: Yes. Each vault is independent, and you can hold positions in multiple vaults simultaneously.

Q: What are vault shares/tokens?

A: ERC-20 tokens representing your proportional ownership of a vault's mining equity portfolio. Minted at deposit.

Q: How are my funds allocated across projects?

A: According to the vault's published allocation weights, shown in the Vault Composition section.

Funds & Payments

Q: Which currencies can I use to invest?

A: USDC on Ethereum. You can on-ramp from fiat via Transak (Visa/Mastercard).

Q: How long does on-ramping take?

A: Card payments typically process in 1–3 minutes.

Q: Can I withdraw my investment before the vault closes?

A: Once deposited, funds are committed to the vault. Liquidity is available via secondary market trading (when enabled) or at vault exit events.

Q: How do I receive distributions?

A: Distributions are credited as USDC to your Minestarters wallet.
