What happens after the vault closes

Once a vault reaches its funding target or close date:

No further deposits are accepted

Capital is deployed to the custody structure (Bermuda SAC)

The vault status changes from "Funding in Progress" to "Deployed"

Project milestones and NAV updates begin tracking

Secondary market trading becomes available (when enabled)
